How to root your android without pc.

I'll tell you how to root your android without pc.There are 2 methods. I've tried this on Lenovo A706 and both methods works.

What you will need is:-
1) Android device
2) Internet connection
3) And some free memory

Method 1

So follow the steps:-

Step 1: Download the KingRoot app from below link.

Step 2: Install and run it.

Step 3: Click on the Start Root button. It will verify the device and start rooting process.

Step 4: At the end it will show a successfully rooted message.

Step 5: To increase performance run purify app which is installed after the rooting process.

Step 6: Click on Purify button.

You are done!!!

Method 2 (Requires a Custom Recovery [like CWM or TWRP or Philz Touch]

Step 1: Download a zip file of SuperSU from below.

Step 2: Copy it on your SD Card and in Internal Memory both.

Step 3: Reboot your phone into recovery by pressing Power+Vol Up+Down.

Step 4: Select Install Zip and navigate to the zip file of SuperSU and press the power key to select it.

Step 5: Wait for the process to complete and reboot. It will take hardly 2-3 minutes.
 Check using root checker if the phone is rooted or not.

[UNOFFICIAL] CM13 with Android 6.0.1 for Lenovo A706 [NO SURVEYS]

I am presenting you the all new CM13 base 6.0.1 Marshmallow rom for Lenovo A706 [STABLE] [NO SURVEY]

Follow the steps given below to upgrade :-

Step 1: Download and flash Philz Touch Recovery for Lenovo A706. [I used Rashr(available on Play Store) to flash the recovery]

Step 2: Connect your Lenovo A706 to your PC and copy the “A706_update_cm-13.0-20160427-UNOFFICIAL.zip” file to the SD card.

Step 3: Reboot your device in recovery by pressing Power+Volume UP+Down buttons.

Step 4: From the Recovery Menu clean cache and dalvik cache, then perform a factory reset. When it is completed go back in the recovery menu and navigate to "Install Zip" (which is usually on the 2nd no.) then navigate to the location where you copied the ”A706_update_cm-13.0-20160427-UNOFFICIAL.zip” file. As soon as the installation is over, just reboot your Lenovo A706, and here you go, you’ve just upgraded it to the new Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.  :))

Do it at your own risk. If your phone gets bricked I'll not be responsible.

Note:- You need to insert SD Card to make system apps work.
